Educational NPO tightens up procurement with Zycus

Princeton, NJ, July 03 2019: Zycus, a leading global provider of comprehensive and end-to-end Source-to-Pay software suite has successfully revamped their Procure-to-Pay solution at an esteemed non-profit organisation that enables access to higher education.

The Client is a renowned non business entity established in late 1800s that enables access to universities in USA and abroad. It is based out of New York and employs over 6000 people across the country. It is the pioneer of scholastic evaluations and has associations with over 5000 institutions worldwide that help students foster their higher education.

P2P started around May 2018, and it took up the primary challenge of integration with other systems and to do so in the minimal amount of time. The solution also had to incorporate effectively managing its employees and stakeholders. Procurement automation would translate into elimination of laborious task cycles, errors, and security risks.

The re-established solution went live by November 2018 with visible success. The automation simplified all requisitions, POs and PO based invoicing by routing it through P2P. The increased compliance also rendered visibility into all processing, as well as regulating and analysing suppliers, employees and stakeholders, resulting in improved relationships all around. The performance could also be monitored and quantifiably measured.
