In our first post we threw some light on our Keynote & Mainstage sessions. In this post we will discuss on how the breakout sessions are lined up for Horizon 2012. Horizon 2012 will offer you with an option of choosing from 30+ breakout sessions spanning 4 tracks offering rich and varied content covering the various topics surrounding procurement from a technology, process & people focus point of view. - Best practices for Contract Management implementation. Katherine Kawamoto, Regional Vice President (Americas), IACCM & John Fenton, Director – Contracts, Cincinnati Bell will explore best practices related to developing pre-implementation, implementation and post-go live project teams to enable user adoption and the optimal ROI for your organization.
