Cement Manufacturer Company in India Selects Zycus’ Source to Pay Suite for its Procurement Transformation

The company is growing fast and produces a diverse range of cements which are specific to different construction requirements. They needed a self-service supplier portal and wanted to flip sourcing events into contracts post event completion. The company wanted to track contractual compliance and have a system for managing vendor onboarding & performance management to source effectively. They wanted to use the data hence generated to effectively manage their sourcing.

As part of the deal, they have licensed Zycus’ Source-to-Pay suite that comprises of – eProcurement, e-Invoicing, Spend Analysis, eSourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Management, Financial Savings Management, Request Management, and Project Management solutions.
