Leading Water Services Provider in Australia uplifts procurement process flows with Zycus

Australia, December 02, 2019: Zycus is pleased to announce that a leading water services provider based out of Australia has entered into a 4-year agreement with Zycus for Contract Management, Supplier Management and Request Management to support its procurement transformation.

The Zycus’ solution will replace the company’s current procurement and will be rolled out to all its business units.

The organization’s Procurement team acknowledged concerns and pain points in Strategic Procurement and then identified approaches to improve visibility, traceability and turnaround time; initial research was undertaken to identify vendor options based on their capabilities, especially being compared against the existing solution. They required a state of the art sourcing solution capable of handling the complexities of procurement, which could be deployed across all business units.
